The location of the service apartment is superb, with shops and attractions just a stone's throw away. You can easily stroll to the nearby shops and enjoy a day of shopping without any hassle. The room itself is well-equipped and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is clean and spacious, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a long day. The service provided by the staff is prompt and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience during your stay.
The lack of basic services such as room cleaning and complimentary toiletries is disappointing. It would have been more convenient if these services were provided without any additional charges.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, located right next to the Dubai Mall. the exclusive amenities here met all my luxurious needs, from the private facilities to the world-class spa center. the spa lounge provided a serene and relaxing environment, and the outdoor swimming pool had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to enjoy the beautiful weather.
Despite the hotel being well-equipped, the room cleaning service was not up to mark.
